Good bye 2009 I shall not miss you at all
You did bring some good and the good you brought was very very good, but mostly you brought turmoil and strife.
I am looking forward to next year, looking forward to see where it takes me. No I am not the type who does resolutions but I do hope to put more in this space or at least decide what I'm going to do with this space. This is entry # 131 which is less than half of what I wrote last year, hopefully that will change.
So fare thee well 2009, don't let the door hit you in the arse on the way out

I agree. 2009 seems to have been a tough year for many, many people. Praying for a good year in 2010 for you...keep on keeping on!!
I am hoping that this year will bring me time and energy to read the great blogs that I like following like yours.

I too am glad to see the derriere of 2009! Not a good year for me in many ways, though at the very end I remembered (through my writing) some profound truths that hit me ten years ago. Back then everything seemed to made sense, and then I lost the edge. In the last few days it's returned, and I believe it will sustain me in the coming year. For some reason I've been wanting to share my optimism for 2010 with others. So today I've been bopping around to hear people's take on the New Year and the old one. I join you in giving 2009 the boot, and wish you the best in the year to come.
